The Colums of Cape Taormina
- 1 MT
Maximum Depth
On this stretch of coast a Roman ship sank more than 2000 years ago. It carried white marble columns, today only a privileged few can admire these archaeological finds. It is interesting to see how nature has taken possession of it and some moray eels are home to these ancient finds. About twenty meters away is the entrance to a cave full of spirographs and inhabited by hundreds of caveman shrimps, shy mustelles can be observed by discreet divers.
